distinguish jquery object variables from other variables by putting a dollar sign at the front of the variable name
create themeLookupTable
this should make for cleaner code...
add two intermediate jquery ui versions
added 1.13.1 and 1.13.0 to the possible versions
add latest jquery ui version
and make it the default
